Files and uploads
Uploaded images and documents are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible, and the form record does not store your IP address.
Email delivery through Resend
For Casavia notifications and automatic confirmations, form names, email addresses, message content and attachments are transmitted to Resend, Inc. as the contracted technical email delivery provider. The access key is stored exclusively on the server and is never exposed in the browser.
Cookies
Casavia currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Essential storage is used only for security, forms and language preferences.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact kontakt@casavia.at or the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Withdrawal
A non-binding property search registration can be withdrawn at any time by emailing kontakt@casavia.at.
